These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CyberRant platform, operated by Pizzy Holdings ("we," "us," or "CyberRant"). By accessing or using CyberRant, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use CyberRant. CyberRant is designed for cybersecurity professionals, including analysts, penetration testers, SOC team members, CISOs, security researchers, and related practitioners. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

CyberRant is a professional community. All content you post, including Rants, comments, media, and Private Rants, must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
You retain ownership of all content you create and post on CyberRant. By posting content, you grant CyberRant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and in connection with the operation of the service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has been reshared by other users or is required for legal compliance.
The CyberRant name, logo, and branding are the property of Pizzy Holdings. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
CyberRant offers AI-powered features through Rant AI, including security analysis, content generation, and agent-based tools. By using Rant AI, you acknowledge and agree that:
CyberRant offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled according to RevenueCat's terms and the policies of your app store or payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
CyberRant is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Threat intelligence, security analysis, and AI-generated content shared on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional security advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pizzy Holdings and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of CyberRant, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on content or AI output provided through the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CyberRant in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CyberRant shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or emailing your registered address. Continued use of CyberRant after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
